Service quality is a constant search for Spin. With a view to a better relationship with customers, more organized, accessible and fast service, the company implemented in early 2016 a structure for receiving tickets online.

The tool also allows the construction of a knowledge base that helps guide clients through tips, solutions already implemented and clarifications.

Companies with a support agreement already enjoy the tool, and all their tickets are archived for eventual conference.
