All Spin customers have access to the platform, and customers with maintenance contracts will have priority in attendance. The sending of tickets can happen 24/7 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Tickets are answered within 1 hour after sending in 8/5 (eight hours of work on weekdays).
Spin Customer Support is new, but it is already in constant construction. We will increase our knowledge base over time and our costumers will be our partners in this venture. In return, we are increasingly engaged in serving them well. They know that they can count on us.
