ActionView is the first SCADA software developed by Spin Eng and has been used in automation operations for over 20 years. It was the first EMS/SCADA developed in Brazil to specifically meet the requirements of the electrical sector, and was the result of a partnership between computer science technicians and technicians from power generation, transmission and distribution concessionaires. It is an option for customers who already have ActionView integrated into their operations, but want to obtain more modern benefits.
OTS - Training
Two factors contribute to the lack of experience of operators and dispatchers of energy concessionaires: reduction of operational costs (lack of service at sites) and the aging and retirement of experienced technicians without renewal of the staff. However, the responsibility of a dispatcher remains very great. It is necessary to create training environments with electrical models similar to real ones to train operators. In facilities that have ActionView implemented, it is possible to synchronize it with Action.EMS (Action.NET module), creating an Operator Training System (OTS) similar to the dealership's.
